PT Moringa Indonesia Fangardana (MORIFA) produces premium moringa ingredients — leaf powder, dried leaf, oil, and derivatives — for the food & beverage, health supplement, and cosmetics industries worldwide. We are expanding into Europe and the Americas, and we are looking for the person to lead that growth.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role. You will own the export sales function end to end — strategy, pricing, and execution — working alongside an export sales assistant and reporting directly to management. If you want scope, ownership, and earnings tied directly to what you build, this role offers all three.
Why This Role
- Own the entire export function. Strategy, pricing, and execution are yours, reporting directly to management.
- Base salary of IDR 11.5–17 million plus 1% uncapped commission on export revenue, including revenue generated by your team, paid as buyer payments are collected.

What You Will Do
- Identify and win B2B buyers — importers, distributors, and manufacturers — across Europe and the Americas
- Own export sales strategy and pricing for each target market
- Build long-term buyer relationships, from first contact through to repeat orders
- Represent MORIFA at international trade fairs and buyer meetings
- Work with production and QA to match product specifications and certifications to buyer requirements
- Set targets, monitor performance, and report directly to management
What You Will Need
- 3–5+ years in B2B sales, export sales, or international trade — food ingredients, agri-commodities, or FMCG raw materials preferred
- Fluent spoken and written English
- A track record of winning and growing B2B accounts
- A self-starter, comfortable owning a function independently
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to European or North American buyers
- Familiarity with export documentation, Incoterms, and payment terms (L/C, T/T)
- Knowledge of food safety and certification standards — Organic, HACCP, FDA, EU regulations
- Experience leading or mentoring a small sales team
- Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, or a related field
